Welcome to 4 e-store. By accessing or using our website, contacting us through WhatsApp, submitting a quote form, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
About 4 e-store
4 e-store is a Pakistan-based multi-category gifting and print solutions company offering corporate gifts, festival merchandise, stationery, print media, sign boards and personalized products. All references to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 4 e-store.
Use of the website
- The website is provided for general information, product discovery and quotation requests only.
- There is no online checkout or direct purchasing functionality. All orders are processed manually through WhatsApp or the quote form.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Quotations and order
- Prices and product details provided on the website are indicative and may change at any time without prior notice.
- A formal quotation is issued only after you share your exact requirements via WhatsApp or the quote form.
- An order is considered confirmed only after you accept the quotation in writing (WhatsApp/email) and make the required payment as per the agreed terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect information, unavailability of stock or inappropriate content for customization.
Customization and approval
- For customized products (with logos, names, messages, artwork, etc.), we will share digital mockups or artwork for approval before production.
- It is your responsibility to carefully review and confirm all spellings, colors, layouts and brand details.
- Once you approve the final design, we will not be responsible for any errors that were present in the approved artwork.
Prices and payment
- All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments through Easypaisa, JazzCash and direct bank transfer to our official company account only.
- Payment terms (advance, partial or credit) will be clearly mentioned on your quotation and invoice.
- For most orders, production starts only after payment has been received and verified.
- We are not responsible for payments sent to wrong numbers/accounts due to incorrect details shared by the customer.
Delivery and shipping
- We deliver to major cities and most towns across Pakistan via courier or our logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery time depends on the product type and level of customization and will be shared in your quotation.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, strikes, weather or other events beyond our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon handover to the courier. However, we will assist you reasonably in case of lost or seriously delayed shipments
Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Changes or cancellations are only possible before production or printing has started. After that point, cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges up to 100% of the order value, depending on the stage of work.
- Because many of our products are personalized or produced on order, they are generally non-refundable except in cases of valid defects or errors from our side.
- If we deliver the wrong product, incorrect personalization or defective items, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and details. After verification, we may offer replacement, re-printing or another appropriate solution. Cash refunds are provided only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
Product images and variations
- Product photos, colors and mockups shown on the website or in proposals are for reference only. Actual colors and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing and production processes.
- Minor variations in size, color, placement or finishing are considered acceptable and are not treated as defects.
Intellectual property
- All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts and designs, is owned by or licensed to 4 e-store and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Customer content and trademarks
- When you provide us with logos, artwork, brand names or any other material for printing, you confirm that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to use that material.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from the use of such customer-provided content.
Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4 e-store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business or data.
- Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
Third-party services
- We may use third-party couriers, payment providers and communication platforms (such as WhatsApp) to deliver our services.
- While we choose these providers carefully, we are not responsible for outages, delays, failures or data handling practices of such third parties.
Privacy and communication
- By contacting us through WhatsApp, quote form or email, you consent to our using your contact details to respond to your queries, share quotations, and update you about your orders.
- We may also send you occasional updates or marketing messages, which you can opt out of at any time.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our website or services shall, in the first instance, be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which they may be submitted to the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date and will apply to all future use of the website and services. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
